The Phonak Charger Case Combi 2 charges two compatible hearing aids and keeps them under a lid. It also has space for a separate drying capsule. Attach an optional Phonak Power Pack underneath if you want to charge away from a socket.
Check the full model name. Bolero B-PR and Sky B-PR use the Charger Combi BTE 2, rather than this Case Combi 2. Audéo Lumity, Infinio and Life also use different chargers. The capsule compartment does not provide active drying or UV-C treatment.
Connect the charger to its power supply using the micro-USB cable. Place clean, dry hearing aids in their left and right slots. A full charge takes about three hours, after which the hearing aid light stays green. Hold the hearing aid itself when removing it, rather than pulling the receiver wire.
You are ordering the Charger Case Combi 2, part number 075-0063-12, with power supply and USB cable. The offered version includes a cleaning tool. A Power Pack, drying capsules and hearing aids are not included.
Disconnect power before cleaning. Remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products on the device. If charging fails, first check the power supply, connections and hearing aid positioning.
