No socket nearby? The Phonak Power Pack supplies a compatible Phonak charger with power. Attach the battery pack underneath the charger. Your hearing aids stay in the charger; they do not connect directly to the Power Pack.
Compatibility depends on the charger connection, rather than just the hearing aid name. This model is not intended for Charge and Care, Charger Ease or any arbitrary USB charger. Charger Case Go and ChargerGo have their own built-in batteries.
Attach the Power Pack underneath the compatible charger and lock it in place. Before first use, charge it for about three hours via micro-USB. With external power connected, the Power Pack and hearing aids can charge together. Press the battery button to check the remaining charge. The number of charges depends on the hearing aids and their battery level.
You receive one Phonak Power Pack, part number 071-0003. The charger and hearing aids are not included. Use the suitable power supply and cable supplied with your charger.
Disconnect power before cleaning. Remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products on the device. If charging fails, first check the power supply, connections and hearing aid positioning.
