    Shipping & returns

    We ship all our products via PostNL.

    The contribution to shipping costs are as follows:

    For the Netherlands: €6.25 (free shipping from €25)

    For Europe and beyond: Shipping costs are shown in the checkout.

    The free return applies to Dutch consumers and companies only!

    Should the product not meet your requirements, you may of course return it. Find out how to do this below.

    Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

    You will have another 14 days to return the product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including any shipping costs paid by you. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can register the return via the my account section on our website. You can also contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

    We have a number of rules for returning products. For example, the product must not have been used, must be in the original, undamaged box (i.e. packaging without tears, etc.) with all accessories and booklets.

    If we find that the return rules have not been followed properly, we will not be able to sell the product as new. Nevertheless, we will not let you down. You will be refunded 75% of the purchase price.

    Did you order incorrectly? Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product. You can return the wrongly ordered product and place a new order on our website. If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

    If you have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, will not reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.

    There are also return exceptions on certain products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, such as earplugs, hearing protection, etc. We seal these packages. If the seals are broken, you cannot return them. This also includes Cochlear products. We do NOT take back opened packages of batteries, etc.

    Some products state: Ordered today before 15:59 today shipped*. This is not in combination with ordered products that have a longer delivery time. These will then be dispatched at the same time.

    Of course, you can also cancel the order in writing. Below is a model form you can use to cancel your order. You can find it at the bottom of the general terms and conditions of webshop keurmerk. Print it out and request a return label via [email protected].

    Complete and return this form only if you wish to revoke the contract. is required by law to provide you with this form.
    However, it is not necessary to use this form. You can also choose to notify your return by phone (0229 755 134) or by e-mail ([email protected]).
    If you wish to use this form, you can send the completed form by post or attach it to an e-mail.
