Need to replace your hearing aid receiver? This Phonak SDS 6.0 has length 3 and P (Power) power. Choose left or right and compare the 3P marking with your current receiver to order the matching version.
Which hearing aids does it fit?
- Phonak Audéo Infinio R and Infinio Sphere, including Infinio Ultra models, with a matching SDS 6.0 connection.
- Phonak Audéo EON R and EON Sphere with a matching SDS 6.0 connection.
- Unitron Moxi S-R (Smile) with SDS 6.0. Match the power, length and side to your current receiver here too.
This receiver is not a replacement for SDS 4.0 or SDS 5.0 used with Audéo Marvel, Paradise and Lumity. A CROS transmitter uses a CROS Tube, not an ordinary receiver. This is not a Sensor Receiver for Audéo Fit either.
What does 3P mean?
3 is the wire length. P identifies the Power receiver. Wire length is separate from dome size. Your left and right ears may need different wire lengths.
- Left: blue marking, part number 054-1101.
- Right: red marking, part number 054-1102.
Choose the same power as your current receiver. More power is not automatically better: it needs to match your hearing aid settings. Other lengths in P power: 00P · 0P · 1P · 2P.
Replacement and care
The plug uses a push-and-pull connection. Hold it close to the hearing aid, gently pull it straight out and align the new plug before inserting it. Do not twist the connection or force it. If you have not replaced a receiver before, ask to be shown how.
Do you wear a custom earpiece? Have the fit checked before replacing the receiver. A receiver inside a cShell must be replaced by the manufacturer; a loose receiver is not a simple home repair for that fitting.
Has the sound become quieter? First check for a blocked dome or wax guard. This ordinary SDS 6.0 receiver uses Phonak CeruStop wax guards. For EasyGuard or a custom earpiece, follow the care instructions for that fitting. Gently clean the outside with a dry, lint-free cloth.
Which version are you ordering?
You choose one 3P receiver for the left or right ear. You will need a compatible hearing aid. Keep the dome or earpiece type selected by your hearing care professional; changing receiver length or power alone is not a reason to switch dome types.
