The Charger BTE RIC is a mains-powered charger for several rechargeable Phonak models, using a USB-C connection. Check the full model name below: “Phonak” or “behind the ear” alone does not establish compatibility.
The letters after the model name matter. This charger is not intended for Audéo Lumity L-R/RT, Life P-RL/L-RL, Slim, Infinio or EON. It cannot recharge models with disposable batteries. The separate Phonak Power Pack does not attach beneath this charger.
Connect the charger to a suitable power supply via USB-C. It cannot keep charging on its own when you disconnect the cable.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.
For Naída L-PR/P-PR, Sky L-PR/M-PR, Bolero M-PR or Roger Focus II, the Phonak Charger Combi BTE is an alternative if you want to use a Power Pack. This does not apply to the Audéo RIC models listed above.
You are ordering one Phonak Charger BTE RIC, part number 075-3016-12. Hearing aids are not included.
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
