The Charger Combi BTE charges compatible rechargeable Phonak behind-the-ear devices. At home, use the included power supply. For charging away from a socket, you can attach a separately available Phonak Power Pack beneath the charger.

This is the BTE version, not the Charger Case Combi for Audéo RIC devices. It is not intended for Naída UP/SP, Sky UP/SP or other models with disposable batteries. The Power Pack is optional and is not needed when charging from a socket.
Everyday charging
Without a Power Pack, keep the charger connected to its power supply. Use the micro-USB connection; this model does not have USB-C.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.
If you want USB-C charging for these devices and do not need a Power Pack, the Phonak Charger BTE RIC is another option.
What do you receive?
You receive the Charger Combi BTE with power adapter and micro-USB cable. The Power Pack is not included.
Hearing aids are not included.
Care and charging help
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
