    Product description

    Want to hear TV sound through your own hearing aids? The EZT 3012 transfers audio from a compatible Sennheiser receiver to the telecoil in your hearing aids by induction. Wear the loop around your neck, without extra earphones in your ears.

    Suitable for

    • Hearing aids with an enabled telecoil, used in T-mode. The brand alone does not determine compatibility.
    • Sennheiser FLEX 5000 with RR Flex receiver: connect the loop to its 3.5 mm output.

    Not suitable for

    Hearing aids without a telecoil cannot receive the induction signal. Bluetooth does not replace T-mode. Connect the loop only to compatible Sennheiser equipment, not to an arbitrary audio output.

    Connecting and listening

    Connect the plug to the receiver, wear the loop around your neck and switch your hearing aids to T-mode. Start at a low volume. The plug is 3.5 mm and the connecting cable is approximately 40 cm long. That is the cable length, not the neckloop circumference. If you have a pacemaker or other implant, read the safety instructions first.

    What is included?

    You receive 1 EZT 3012 induction neckloop with connecting cable. A FLEX 5000 system, separate receiver and hearing aids are not included. The loop is not a standalone wireless receiver.
