Does your hearing aid receiver need a little help staying comfortably in place? A retention lock, also called a concha lock or retention tail, helps hold the receiver in position. These locks fit the corresponding Phonak SDS 4.0 and 5.0 receivers and Unitron 4.0 receivers.
Choose the right version for your receiver
Available in S, M and P. Check the marking on your receiver and select the matching version. The letter refers to the receiver version, so do not choose solely by the size of your ear. Please contact us if you are unsure which one you need.

For Phonak and Unitron
The same retention locks are used with the corresponding SDS 4.0 receivers from both brands. There is no need to choose a separate Phonak or Unitron pack. Always check the receiver system and whether you need S, M or P.

4.0 receivers no longer available
We no longer supply 4.0 receivers for Phonak and Unitron. From now on, we offer the 5.0 receivers for Phonak and Unitron as their replacement. Check the correct length, power level and side (left or right) when selecting your replacement receiver.
