The miniFit Detect Grip is a thin, flexible support that fits directly behind the dome and rests in the concha of the ear. It provides extra stability for your hearing aid – ideal if the dome or speaker tends to shift during wear.

Please note: these grips are exclusively compatible with miniFit Detect speakers from Oticon and Bernafon, as used in their latest hearing aids such as the Oticon Intent and Bernafon Encanta. The grip is barely visible, soft, and comfortable – and helps keep your hearing aid securely in place, even during movement.
