Time to replace your miniFit Power Domes? Choose the same size and type you already wear. The Power Dome has a double dome shape and is available here in 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm.
The receiver connection determines compatibility. The receiver is the small speaker at the end of the wire in your ear. The millimetre measurement is the dome diameter; 60,85 and 100 describe the receiver and mean something different.
A matching connection does not establish the right fit. An open or Bass Dome is not an equivalent replacement simply because it fits the same receiver.
Reveal miniRITE R, Play SI miniRITE, Verit miniRITE T and Jet PX miniRITE R/T list Power Domes as possible earpieces. That does not apply automatically to every receiver or custom configuration.
Zeal nxtCIC R uses 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm Power Domes on its fixed 75 receiver. A miniFit Detect 60/85/100 table does not apply to this Zeal receiver.
Wipe the dome with a soft cloth as directed in your device instructions. Oticon recommends replacement at least monthly. Follow your model’s instructions; Zeal domes should be replaced rather than washed, monthly or more often when necessary. Check they are securely attached after replacement. Have a different size or type assessed first.
