This pack contains six Sleeve 3.0 Vented XS earpieces. Already wearing this size and type? Compare part number 10992863 with your current packaging too, so you do not order the right size in the wrong style.
Will this fit my hearing aid?
Suitable for compatible miniReceiver 3.0 receivers and ThinTube 3.0 sound tubes. Examples include Pure AX/IX and Styletto AX/IX with miniReceiver 3.0, and Motion X/IX with ThinTube 3.0. Motion Charge&Go SP X and SP IX do not use ThinTube 3.0. The connection and fitted earpiece matter; the brand name alone is not enough.
Sleeve 3.0 is also used with Silk IX and Active Pro IX; keep the fitted size and type for those models too. Do not confuse them with Silk X or Pure 312 X, which use a different EarWear generation. An older Click Sleeve is not an equivalent part.
Choosing the right size and type
You receive Vented in size XS. Vented, Closed and Power are different versions, even when the size label is the same. Their acoustic effects differ. Do not change type on your own to try to increase volume or reduce whistling.
Replacing the earpiece
Replace the earpiece according to your hearing aid’s instructions. Hold the receiver or tube rather than pulling on the thin cable. Before insertion, check that the new earpiece is fully and securely attached. Use a new one if it is damaged or misshapen. Ask to be shown the replacement procedure if you are unsure.
What is included?
