Will this fit my hearing aid?
Suitable for compatible miniReceiver 3.0 receivers and ThinTube 3.0 sound tubes. Examples include Pure AX/IX and Styletto AX/IX with miniReceiver 3.0, and Motion X/IX with ThinTube 3.0. Motion Charge&Go SP X and SP IX do not use ThinTube 3.0. The connection and fitted earpiece matter; the brand name alone is not enough.
Not for Silk IX or Active Pro IX: these support Sleeve 3.0, not this Tulip EarTip. Pure 312 X and Silk X also use a different EarWear generation. An existing Click Dome or Click Sleeve does not confirm compatibility with EarTip 3.0.
Choosing the right size and type
The Tulip has overlapping, tulip-shaped flanges. This version is 8 mm; the other Tulip size is 12 mm. A Tulip is different from an Open EarTip or a Sleeve. Keep the shape and size selected for your ear and hearing aid.
Replacing the earpiece
Replace the earpiece according to your hearing aid’s instructions. Hold the receiver or tube rather than pulling on the thin cable. Before insertion, check that the new earpiece is fully and securely attached. Use a new one if it is damaged or misshapen. Ask to be shown the replacement procedure if you are unsure.
