The ChargerGo RIC I lets you charge Audéo Infinio R or CROS Infinio R on the go. Its fully charged internal battery provides up to three full charges, so you do not need to plug it into a socket every time.
Does this charger fit your hearing aid?
- Audéo Infinio R (I-R)
- CROS Infinio R (I-R)
This also includes the Infinio Ultra versions of the models listed above.
Not for Infinio Sphere: that model needs the ChargerGo RIC SPH I. EON, Virto Infinio and older Audéo ranges also use different chargers. Check the model on your hearing aid, rather than relying on the Infinio name alone.
Everyday charging
Charge the internal battery before using the charger away from a socket. The number of charges depends on how much power your hearing aids need.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.
Do you only need charging with a power connection? The Phonak Charger RIC I is the mains-powered option for the same hearing aids.
What do you receive?
You are ordering one Phonak ChargerGo RIC I, part number 075-0055-12. Hearing aids are not included.
Care and charging help
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
