Check your connection
This version is the CX 80S, article 508896, with a 3.5 mm plug. It connects directly to a suitable headphone output. For calls and inline control, your device must also support the microphone connection and controls. If your phone only has USB-C or Lightning, you need a compatible audio adapter that supports microphone use. That adapter is not included.
Find a comfortable fit
You receive silicone ear tips in three sizes: S, M and L. Try a size for each ear that fits securely without pressure. A good fit helps reduce outside sound. This is passive isolation, not active noise cancellation. Always use the earphones with their silicone tips fitted, and remove them gently.
Straightforward listening on the go
The cable is 1.2 metres long. The inline control lets you manage music and calls on a compatible device. There is no battery to charge; the audio comes through the cable. Impedance is 28 ohms and the stated frequency response is 17 to 20,000 Hz. Keep the earphones dry and clean them with a soft, dry cloth.
