This ChargerGo is designed for the larger Audéo Infinio Sphere hearing aids. Its built-in battery lets you charge them without a power socket. A fully charged charger provides up to three full charges.

SPH identifies the Sphere version. This is not the ChargerGo for standard Audéo Infinio R or CROS I-R. EON Sphere requires an EON charger.
Everyday charging
Charge the internal battery before using the charger away from a socket. The number of charges depends on how much power your hearing aids need.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.

Care and charging help
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
