Looking for a charger for Audéo Infinio R or CROS Infinio R? The Charger RIC I uses a USB-C power connection. It has no built-in battery and must stay connected to a power source while charging.
This also includes the Infinio Ultra versions of the models listed above.
This charger does not fit Infinio Sphere, which uses the ChargerGo RIC SPH I. EON and Virto Infinio also require different chargers.
Connect the charger to a suitable power supply via USB-C. It cannot keep charging on its own when you disconnect the cable.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.

Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
