The Charger Ease charges compatible Audéo Lumity, CROS Lumity and Terra+ devices via USB-C. It has no built-in battery and needs a suitable USB power supply during use. This version does not include a mains adapter.

Not for Audéo Life L-RL, Phonak Slim, Infinio or EON. “Lumity” alone is not enough: check the R, RT or RL letters on your hearing aid too.
Everyday charging
Connect the charger to a suitable power supply via USB-C. It cannot keep charging on its own when you disconnect the cable.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.

What do you receive?
You receive one Charger Ease and a USB-A-to-USB-C cable. A mains adapter is not included. Use a suitable certified 5 V, 1 A USB power supply.
Hearing aids are not included.
Care and charging help
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
