Taking your Audéo Life hearing aids on a trip? The Charger Case GO has a built-in battery that provides up to three full charges for compatible Life hearing aids. It fits both Paradise Life and Lumity Life.
Look for the letters RL. Standard Audéo P-R/RT and L-R/RT do not fit, even though they share the Paradise or Lumity name. This is also different from the ChargerGo for Infinio or EON.
Charge the internal battery before using the charger away from a socket. The number of charges depends on how much power your hearing aids need.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.
Before first use, charge the internal battery for about three hours with no hearing aids in the charger. You also need to remove the hearing aids when recharging this Charger Case GO’s internal battery later on. Power goes to the hearing aids first.
Have standard Audéo Lumity L-R or L-RT without Life? Those use the Phonak Charger Ease.
You are ordering one Phonak Charger Case GO, part number 075-3017-12. Hearing aids are not included.
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
