The Phonak Charge and Care combines charging with drying and a UV-C treatment. Start the care programme at the touch of a button.
This is not the charger for Audéo Lumity L-R/L-RT, Infinio or Life versions. Standard Audéo Lumity R/RT uses the Charger Ease. AudioNova B1-R is not included in this confirmed compatibility list; have that combination checked first.
Connect the power supply using the micro-USB cable and place clean, dry hearing aids in the correct slots. A full charge takes about three hours. Close the lid and press the button to start the drying and UV-C cycle, which takes about two hours. Orange means the cycle is running; green means it has finished. Opening the lid stops the treatment.
You receive the Charge and Care with an EU power adapter and USB cable. Hearing aids are not included. This charger needs a power connection and cannot be attached to a Phonak Power Pack.
Disconnect power before cleaning. Remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products on the device. If charging fails, first check the power supply, connections and hearing aid positioning.
