A busy office, conversations around you or phones that keep ringing: sometimes you just want things a little quieter. Phonak Serenity Choice Comfort reduces environmental sound with acoustic filters. You wear the earplugs without a battery or connection to a phone.
When should you choose Comfort?
This version is intended for everyday noise, such as offices, public spaces or studying. The filters still let sound through; they do not create complete silence. How you hear conversations and other sounds also depends on the fit and your surroundings.
Which size fits?
You receive ear tips in S, M and L. Choose a size for each ear that feels comfortable and seals properly. Make sure the filter is securely fitted before inserting the earplug. These are reusable earplugs in standard sizes, rather than custom-made Serenity Choice Plus earplugs.
What is included?
Two ear tips in each size: S, M and L, giving you six tips in total. You also receive two Comfort filters, a storage case with key ring and a user guide. Use one filter per ear; the other tip sizes help you find the right fit.
Cleaning and storage
Wipe the ear tips with a damp cloth after use. Remove the filters before washing the ear tips with mild soap. Rinse with lukewarm water and allow everything to dry thoroughly. Do not use alcohol or cleaning products on the filters. Store the earplugs clean and dry in their case.
What should you keep in mind?
Alarms and warning signals may also sound quieter, so stay aware of your surroundings. For machinery, concerts or shooting sports, hearing protection needs to suit the sound level and exposure time; do not automatically choose Comfort for these situations. Do not share your earplugs and keep the small parts away from young children.
