Do you want the TV louder than the people sitting beside you? The Sennheiser RS 5200 lets you listen through a lightweight stethoset at your own volume. Connect the included transmitter to your television. There is no long cable from the TV to your chair and no headband over your hair or glasses.
Make voices easier to follow
Choose from three hearing profiles and use the speech function when dialogue gets lost in a programme’s background sound. Balance adjustment changes the distribution between your left and right ears. Different ear pads help you find a comfortable fit and seal.
Compatible TV connections
- Optical digital audio output: set the television to PCM/stereo.
- Analogue headphone output with a 3.5mm connection.
- Analogue RCA audio output using the included adapter.
The RS 5200 uses its own wireless connection. It is not a Bluetooth headset and has no HDMI input. If you want to watch together, check whether your TV can play sound through the selected output and its speakers at the same time.
Battery and everyday use
The receiver switches on automatically when you spread the ear bows. The battery provides up to 12 hours of use. Place it on the transmitter afterwards to charge; a full charge takes up to approximately 3 hours. Range is up to 70 metres with a clear line of sight and may be reduced by walls.

Which ear pads should I choose?
Open foam lets more surrounding sound through. Silicone and memory foam provide more isolation. Try a comfortable fit, check that the pads are securely attached and start at a low volume.
