The Slim Charger has charging inserts shaped for Phonak Slim L-R hearing aids. Both aids charge using the USB-C power connection. It is compact but has no built-in power bank, so you still need a suitable power source when travelling.
Phonak Slim L-R is a distinct hearing aid model. This charger is not intended for standard Audéo Lumity R/RT, Life, Infinio or EON.
Connect the charger to a suitable power supply via USB-C. It cannot keep charging on its own when you disconnect the cable.
Place your clean, dry hearing aids in the correct left and right charging slots. Allow about 3 hours for a full charge. A steady green light on the hearing aid means it is fully charged; charging then stops automatically. Hold the hearing aid itself when taking it out, rather than pulling its receiver wire or tube.
You receive the Slim Charger, a USB-C charging cable and a user guide. A suitable USB power supply is needed for use.
Hearing aids are not included.
Keep the charging slots clean and dry. Disconnect the power supply and remove dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use water or household cleaning products. If charging does not start, check the power connection, the position of the hearing aid and the charging slot. Contact us if the problem continues.
