Shooting sports and hunting involve short, loud bursts of sound. Phonak Serenity Choice Shooting & Hunting uses acoustic filters for impulse noise. These reusable earplugs work without a battery.
When should you use these earplugs?
Choose this version for shooting sports or hunting. A proper seal is essential: a poorly fitted earplug provides less protection. Follow the hearing protection requirements at your shooting range, including suitable earmuffs when double protection is required.
Which size fits?
You receive ear tips in S, M and L. Choose a size for each ear that feels comfortable and seals properly. Make sure the filter is securely fitted before inserting the earplug. These are reusable earplugs in standard sizes, rather than custom-made Serenity Choice Plus earplugs.
What is included?
Two ear tips in each size: S, M and L, giving you six tips in total. You also receive two Shooting & Hunting filters, a storage case with key ring and a user guide. Use one filter per ear; the other tip sizes help you find the right fit.
Cleaning and storage
Wipe the ear tips with a damp cloth after use. Remove the filters before washing the ear tips with mild soap. Rinse with lukewarm water and allow everything to dry thoroughly. Do not use alcohol or cleaning products on the filters. Store the earplugs clean and dry in their case.
What should you keep in mind?
Alarms and warning signals may sound quieter, so stay aware of your surroundings. Insert the earplugs with clean hands and check that the filters are fitted properly. Wear suitable protection throughout exposure to noise. Do not share earplugs and keep small parts away from young children.
