    • Bluetooth alone is not enough; the compatible Roger connection must be set up first.

    Product description

Struggling to follow someone at the table or across the room? Phonak Roger On 3 picks up their voice close to where they're speaking and sends it to your hearing aids. You'll need a suitable Roger connection. Here's how that works with different hearing aids.

    Which hearing aids are compatible?

Suitable Phonak and Unitron hearing aids with RogerDirect receive the signal without an external receiver attached to the hearing aid or worn around your neck. A Roger receiver must first be installed in each hearing aid. Roger On 3 includes unlimited receiver licences for this installation. You then connect the hearing aids to the microphone.

    • Phonak: suitable RogerDirect devices on the Marvel, Paradise, Lumity and Infinio platforms, including wireless Audéo versions. Check custom Virto models carefully: Virto M/P-Titanium and non-wireless M/P versions marked “NW O” do not support RogerDirect. Virto I-Titanium and I-10 NW O are not RogerDirect devices either.
    • Unitron: suitable wireless models from Discover Next onwards, including supported Discover Next, Blu and Vivante versions. RogerDirect support and an installed Roger receiver are essential; a shared family name does not make a non-wireless version compatible.
    • Other brands or older devices: a suitable external Roger receiver may provide a connection. Roger NeckLoop is an option with a suitable telecoil and an enabled T-program. Roger X can be used with a suitable audio input. The correct receiver depends on the exact hearing device.

RogerDirect is not ordinary Bluetooth pairing. Bluetooth alone does not confirm compatibility. At initial setup, have the receiver installation checked in both hearing aids.

At a table, with a speaker and online

Place the microphone on a table, point it towards a speaker or let the speaker wear it. A USB connection also lets you use Roger On for online conversations. Adjust microphone settings with the myRogerMic app. Available stereo functions depend on your hearing aids and receiver.

    Colours and everyday use

Champagne and Graphite Grey have the same functions. Battery life is up to eight hours on a full charge. Roger On is splash-resistant, not waterproof.

    What is included?

    • Roger On V3 microphone
    • Power adapter with USB cable
    • Docking station
    • Optical and analogue audio cables
    • Lanyard
    • Protective case

You only need an extra case as a replacement. Whether you need an additional receiver depends on your hearing aids: RogerDirect requires an installed receiver, while other devices may need an external Roger receiver.
