    Product description

A replacement for your coil magnet

This silver magnet replaces the removable M magnet in a compatible Cochlear Nucleus 8 coil. It helps keep the coil positioned over your implant. Choose from seven strengths: ½M, 1M, 2M, 3M, 4M, 5M and 6M.

    Choose the recommended strength

Use the magnet strength recommended by your implant team. Stronger is not necessarily better: Excessive pressure can irritate the skin. Contact your implant team if the coil does not stay in place or you experience pain, redness or pressure marks.

M and I are different versions

Check the magnet type for your coil and implant as well as the processor model. This page offers M magnets. Do not order one if your setup requires a magnet marked I.

    What is included?

One silver magnet in the selected strength. A coil, coil cable and audio processor are not included.
